Rob Pitt has worked in coaching and development for several years. He is passionate about adventure and the outdoors and is a professional Mountain Instructor (MIA). He has climbed extensively in the UK and Europe and has led trekking expeditions in Central and South America, and Europe. He is also a committed kayaker and is a qualified British Canoe Union Level 4 Coach.

In business Rob's experience includes design and delivery of development programmes and workshops for high level public sector and corporate clients, as well as coaching on a freelance basis for business consultancies.
